The firm evolved from METATECH, Inc., and Williams Engineering, Ltd., and founded its current structure on July 26, 1996. The staff includes two registered professional engineers, eight full-time employees, two regular part-time employees, and is augmented from time-to-time with part time staff to meet peak work demands, provide special expertise, or to foray into new markets.
